You will leave your session with “to-do’s” and clarity on overall health goals and how to achieve them in step-by-step process. At the end of your session Carrie will let you know when she recommends a follow up and a follow up appointment can be scheduled.

The difference is your main form of communication with Carrie will be virtual through your Continuum Membership versus “in-clinic” services. If you hold a Connect Continuum Membership you CAN add on a “in-clinic” service with your 20% discount and schedule on an “as needed” basis.
Connect Continuum Memberships includes 3 video Telehealth sessions per month and your commitment for minimum of 3 months ($195/per month).
An add on service is supplemental to your current “in-clinic” membership and on a one-time/as need basis. -
No. Much like a Telehealth appointment, this service is strictly a virtual “out-of-clinic” experience!
When booked you will receive a link with your video call for your appointment.
If you prefer no video just discuss with Carrie before hand. -
